Tom has worked exclusively with La Ferme du Lac Vert since December 2018, through both winter and summer seasons. Catering for winter groups of 18-30 guests, and summer events for up to 120 guests. Each event menu designed to our guests specifications. Our tasting menus commenced during the Summer of 2019, 9-course events featuring menus influenced by Spanish tapas, Haute-Savoie, Vegan and other world menus.
